principles1a1

Textile diffusers are made for hygiene and comfort in all premises.

They should be protected during the active phase of the yard.

This doesn’t exclude a preliminary assembly of their fitting systems.

Different types of fitting systems are available and should be chosen according to the following criteria:
Shapes and sections of the diffusers
Possibilities offered by the premise
Material and installation costs

principles2a

This system is reserved for circular diffusers. They are the most common and economical both in supplies and installation time per meter.

They are adaptable to the largest constraints (fixations on walls, ceiling, changes in level …).

During the study, it is necessary to integrate the anchorage points on which traction of approximately 250kg can be exerted. Cables suspension allows an easy sliding of the diffusers along a straight line, facilitating assembly and disassembly.

TWIST’n FIX SUSPENSION

The Twist’n’Fix rail can be used for circular or semi circular diffusers.
This exclusive suspension system presents important advantages for installers and engineers: it allows time saving for the assembly on the yard. For textile diffusers which have a diameter up to 1000 mm, just one rail is necessary.
Thanks to its technical and innovative characteristics (fishplate with very fast tightening), the Twist’n Fix system limits the number of handlings at great height because it favours preassembly on the ground.
ATC has developed an aluminium rail with high resistance, twice lighter than traditional systems of suspension (1 ml of Galva = 1.47 kg whereas 1 ml aluminium = 0.692 kg). The Twist’n’Fix is particularly recommended for renovation yards (twice lighter than a traditional fitting hardware).
This exclusive system offers maximal rigidity, in comparison to Galva rail. It limits the number of intermediary points of anchorage (every 4 to 6 m. instead of every 2 m. for the Galva rail).
Particular efforts have been made to make the handling of products easier. The aluminium rail is presented in bars of 3ml (instead of 6ml for the Galva rail).

principles3

This system is essentially used for semi-circular and quarter circular diffusers. It offers a continuous and precise guidance ensuring that the original shape of the duct is intact.

The use of PVC or aluminium streamline requires an installation on smooth surfaces, exempt of texture.

It is also possible to use shingles or sliding systems..
